Aimee Stritchko

Aimee graduated from Clear Lake High School when she was 16 years old and went on to attend Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, where she graduated with a BA in Political Science. Aimee later attended law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law and was the youngest graduate in May 2017. While in law school Aimee was a staff writer for The Scholar, St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice. During law school, Aimee interned and later clerked for the Honorable Alicia Franklin York of the 311th Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas.

While interning in her first year of law school, Aimee learned she was born to be a litigator. Aimee zoned into family law and immediately began working in the family law clinics. After law school, Aimee returned to Houston and took a position with a high energy family law firm in Downtown Houston. While there, Aimee practiced in various counties throughout the Houston area ranging from Montgomery County to Matagorda County and Chambers County to Fort Bend County. Aimee decided to move back to the Clear Lake area and focus her practice closer to home. Aimee continues to be a zealous advocate for her clients in our Webster office. Aimee enjoys coming up with unique solutions and forming appropriate plans of action for each client.

Aimee has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2017. She has represented Texans, including adults and children in various family cases. Aimee continues to represent clients in Brazoria County, Galveston County, Harris County, Matagorda County, Fort Bend County and Chambers County. Aimee is also a certified mediator and regularly practices as an amicus and ad litem attorney. In her free time, Aimee enjoys traveling, rooting on the Green Bay Packers and spending time with friends and family. On sunny days she is usually at the beach with her Pomeranian, Lambeau.

Hailey R. Covington

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Political Science from Texas State University in 2014 before obtaining her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2017. During law school, she distinguished herself through academic excellence, earning a place on the Dean’s List and receiving CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She was also actively involved in the Women of Law group and the Hispanic Law Students Association, reflecting her passion for advocacy and community.

Family law has been Hailey’s calling for as long as she can remember. She got her start at a family law firm as a teenager, taking on an entry level position and working her way up through every role along the way. That journey ultimately led her to pursue her law degree and earn her place as an attorney, bringing decades of experience and a ground-up understanding of the field that few can match. Her deep roots in family law give her a genuine understanding of what her clients are going through, and she is committed to making sure each person feels heard, supported, and well-represented.

Hailey believes that great legal counsel is as much about the relationship as it is about the result. She takes a client-centered approach to every matter, blending thoughtful strategy with the kind of warmth and care that puts clients at ease during challenging times.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Hailey can be found enjoying life on Galveston Bay with her husband, two sons, and two dogs, hunting for treasures at estate sales and antique shops, or planning her next travel adventure.
